We like to take our two year old to Ormond by the Sea, across from Bicentennial Park. Easy parking, easy beach access, and no beach driving.. A big plus with a toddler.

My 5 year old son and I enjoy going to the Emilia Ave. beach approach. We can park right on the beach and walk over to the traffic free zone. My son and I can enjoy the beach and I don't have to worry about traffic :)

Winterhaven Park in Ponce Inlet has been a long time favorite of ours. Great location, & safe for the kiddos.

We love going to new smyrna down by the jetties. You can drive on the beach to the jetties. No cars are allowed beyond that which is perfect for the kids. It's a short walk to chases on the beach which is great for the adults. And very often you can watch wind surfers practicing, training, and just enjoying their time. There is a lot less people a cross the water is a park with a lighthouse, etc

We access the beach in Port Orange at the last access before you cannot drive on the beach any longer. We are close to the pier, it is less crowded, and if need be we can walk to the "No Driving" area and not have to worry about someone hitting our kids!

I am a blessed mother of four and we loving nothing more than to go to the beach to explore! Our all time favorite beach would have to be Tom Renick in Ormond!! It has restrooms, showers, an amazing play yard and if you don't bring your lunch there is a food truck that parks in the parking lot that ROCKS! Tom Renick has our vote!
