The Marine Science Center is a great place to take the kids for a fun and educational learning experience. Not only will they get a chance to view sea turtles and other animals, but they can see exhibits and make art projects.

If you go, don't forget to take the nature trail walk across the street from the building. The short nature trail takes you back to an observation tower that gives you a great view of the area. Along the way you may see some beauty berries, banana spiders, flowers and more! This is a short walk that is appropriate for children of all ages.

Located at 100 Lighthouse Drive in Ponce Inlet, it is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10-4, and Sunday noon to 4 p.m. They are closed on Monday as well as some holidays. The center also offers programs and summer camps.
