It’s time to “Round-UP” all Pre-K and Kindergarten ages students for the 2012-2013 school year!

Ms. Gibbs @ Indigo Christian Jr Academy has many exciting academic and non-academic activities  planned for prospective students on this special day.  A healthy snack will be provided as well.

It's that time of year again... time for the Blue Spring Manatee Festival in Orange City. The festival will take place January 29-29, 2012.

The festival will feature arts and crafts, food, manatee viewing, shows and demonstrations, and fun games for the kids. The festival is a fundraiser and admission is $8 for adults, $2 for children 4-10, and those 3 and under are free (looks like kids 11 and up are considered adults...funny!).

Even if you don't go to the festival it is that time of year to visit Blue Spring State Park and view the manatees. We went a week ago and there were around 250 spotted. It's great to see them and spend time in that beautiful park.
