Smart Start Tutoring is conducting a brief survey of local parents and they would love your input! Below you will find the link to the information and the survey form. To participate, download the survey, print the form, fill it out, and then get it back to Smart Start (you can scan it and send via email to the address on the flyer). By participating in the survey you will be entered to win a new iPad!
