Family Days Port Orange Spring Fair presented by Halifax Health (2015)

The Port Orange Family Days Spring Fair is a four-day festival ipacked full of family-friendly activities. 

Events start Thursday and be sure to stop by the Halifax Health booths on Saturday and Sunday during the expo.

Thursday
Carnival $1 ride night, 5:00 - 10:00pm
Car Show, 5:00 - 8:00pm
Food Trucks with wine and beer garden, 5:00 - 9:30pm
Willy Bouton Band, 5:00 - 9:30pm

Friday
Movie Under the Stars, starts at Dusk: Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day
Carnival, 5:00 - 11:00pm

Saturday,
Expo, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pet parade and costume contest, 9:30 am 
BMX Show, 1:30 and 4:30
Carnival, 10:00am – 11:00pm
Pony rides, petting zoo, Zorb balls, laser tag, train rides, 10:00am - 4:00pm

Sunday,
church service 10:30
Get Fit check in @ Lakeside 12 - 1:30pm
Cheer Showcase, 2:00pm
Expo 11:00am - 4:00pm
Carnival, 11:00am - 7:00pm

Avoid the "ILLOGICAL 4" ! When it comes to training be selective, your training regimen should not be based on:
-new
-cool
-fatigue
-soreness


Your training regimen should be based on fundamentals, proven, safe exercises and methods. Training is process to develop , more strength (both relative and absolute),stamina,agility,muscle awareness etc.
When you are choosing a plan to follow, to provide you results it should not be based on because that is the new fad, seen on tv or in magazine ads.

Essentials for result providing regimen ;
-education,solid foundation, specialization, periodization, individualization,variety, training economy, progressive overload, variety, recovery, nutrition, safety.

Choose a coach with a great credentials, reputation. 
A good coach's purpose to make you feel better, help you to lose weight and build more muscle tissue(yes even for females) . A coach should should guide , educate you on your journey. He/she should pay attention for every details. 

This is where the difference comes from, every trainer can make you tired but every not trainer can make you better! A trainer trains people , a coach changes people!
