outlook, and stabilizing your mood. Please join us as JoAnn Maurice, a
healthy living coordinator with Volusia/Flagler YMCA, provides valuable
information on this important topic. This seminar is part of our
Healthy Eating for Blood Pressure Management series and includes a
complimentary blood pressure screening.

state of Florida and can be damaging not only to an individual but also
to businesses and their customers. A representative of the Florida
Office of the Attorney Genera, Division of Victim Services and Criminal
Justice Programs, will speak and will provide suggestions on ways to
better protect personal identifiable information.

Kestrel, Mr. Frodo, an Eastern Screech Owl, Tomahawk, a Red Shouldered
Hawk, and Miko, a Barred Owl, Wild About Birds will teach program
attendees about adaptations, food chain, habitats, conservation, and
the dangers facing wildlife today.

pictures of her trip to India and Nepal. Join her on her continued
exotic journey.
