Looking for a great fundraising idea in Volusia County? Hold a race!

Runners

People are always looking for fundraising ideas around the Daytona Beach, Port Orange, DeLand, and surrounding areas. Whether it's schools, businesses, or non-profit organizations, you need something that will get people interested and motivated. If you haven't considered it before, look into holding a race!

Maybe it's because my husband is a runner, logging around 20 miles per week just for the fun of it (yes, he finds it be fun), but I see how excited he gets when he's signed up for a race. People love the races. They find them to be challenging, milestones, and they feel good being able to help charities while they get to have some fun. In other words, it's a win-win for everyone!

If you are looking for a race management company I highly recommend Runner's High Timing and Race Management. The company is owned by Don and Stacy Stoner, who are passionate about running and helping you to have an awesome event for the public. My husband has run in many races that have been put on by various companies, and he is always impressed by their management and feels it's superior to others. They provide great communication and direction, they strive to be environmentally friendly, they have great food available for the runners (there were even PBJ sandwiches available midway through his last half marathon, which really impressed him), and they are great people to work with. Did I mention they make efforts to be environmentally friend? That's a huge plus with me!

If you are interested in having a 5K, half marathon, or other such event as a fundraiser for your organization, contact Don and Stacy at Runner's High. They will help you put on a great event that not only helps you with your fundraising efforts, but that the community will love!
