There will be a teen cupcake decorating and challenge in New Smyrna Beach. It's open to those ages 11-17. It will be held on September 5, 2019 at the New Smyrna Beach Regional Library, located at 1001 S. Dixie Freeway. All supplies are provided. This is a free event.
