Spruce Creek High School is having their annual summer soccer camp. This will be held over a two-week period: June 14-18, 2021 and June 21-25, 2021. Hours are Monday-Friday from 9 am to noon. The fee is $75 per week. This is outdoor soccer and open to ages 7-17. To attend, print both forms on this page and fill them out and take them to the camp on the first day you attend. Additional info:

1. Please bring check (made payable to Keith Costner) or cash along with the completed registration form on day 1 of the week(s) you are attending.
2. Please send an email to me with the week(s) you are attending and if you have more than one camper so I can send you an email invoice of the total cost with discounts for multiweek and/or siblings attending.
3. Please make sure your camper has water (with name on water bottle), cleats, shin guards and SNEAKERS every day of camp.
4. Please drop off and pick up Monday-Friday 9-12, located at the stadium entrance gate inside the student parking lot. Please enter from Clyde Morris Blvd.
