Review: Moe's Meal Kits

About a month ago, I was looking for a meal that I could have delivered to someone's house. I opted to get the family a Moe's Meal Kit, even though I had never tried them myself. I have been to Moe's many times, so I know their food (it's my son's favorite restaurant, too), and I thought the Meal Kit seemed like a neat idea. The feedback I got from the family was great, so I was looking forward to trying it for my own family.

Tonight was that night! I decided to order a Moe's Meal Kit today for dinner. They offer three different ones, so you can choose from a nacho meal kit, fajita meal kit, or taco meal kit. Each one fees 4-6 people and it's all set up in a nice display box. Each meal kit is $35. I placed the order through their app, and even chose what time I would be there to pick it up. I ordered it from the Port Orange location, since that's close to me. Ordering it was super easy, and when I arrived at the pickup time it was ready for me. You can also opt to have it delivered for a few bucks more (which is what I did when I ordered it for another family).

The Meal Kit is impressive right off! They really have a lot of food in the box and it's all nicely packaged. There's a little bit of everything, and you do have control over what it comes with. You get to choose two types of proteins, beans, condiments, toppings, etc. We got tofu, black beans, fajita veggies, and all the toppings. They also come with 12 small tortillas and lots of their chips. Wow! So much food in the box!

This made dinner super simple. I set it on the center counter, put a spoon in each item, set out plates, and called people over to make their own plates. Simple! And it tasted really good. There was plenty of food! My husband is a big eater and he filled up, as did the rest of us. Cleanup from dinner was super easy as well. I trashed the empty bowls, rinsed the plastic lids so they could be recycled, and cleaned everything out of the box so that it could be recycled. Plates and spoons went into the dishwasher and I was done! Doesn't get any easier than that, and everyone enjoyed dinner.

If you are a looking for an easy and tasty way to get dinner on the table, give a Moe's Meal Kit a try! You can check out the menu here. Plus... now through May 16, 2021 you can save $5 on a Moe's Meal Kit with this promo code
