Review: Beach Campfires in New Smyrna Beach
Having a beach bonfire is such a fun thing to do!
My teen son wanted to have a team bonding activity for his soccer team. To make it simple, I reached out to Beach Campfires, which takes care of everything! Beach Campfires sets up the whole thing for you and your party. They bring the bonfire pits, wood, chairs, tiki torches, etc. It's lovely! All you have to do is show up and have some fun!
The places you can hold the beach bonfire are flexible when you opt to have it through Beach Campfires. We had considered several places and decided to have it at Esther Park in New Smyrna Beach, which is just a short walk from the Flagler Ave Beach Park. Both of these parks are close together and offer an ample amount of parking, which is free after 5 pm. Both locations also have restrooms, which is essential in my book.
We planned the beach bonfire in New Smyrna Beach days before and showed up to everything set up beautifully. I loved the set up! There were plenty of chairs and they were all arranged in a way that we could chat. The fires were going and there were tiki torches around it. There was even a "reserved" sign on display. All we brought with us were a couple of folding tables, pizzas, a case of water, and a s'mores tray (and we could have also ordered s'mores kits through them).
I love Beach Campfires and what they are doing! We've had several beach campfires over the years, but I have to say that this one was the best and easiest. We didn't have to worry about trying to find open county firepits (they are always taken!), lug wood and chairs there, etc. They did it all for us and it was awesome, and the whole setup looked nicer than anything I could have put together myself.
Having beach bonfire like this is great for a team bonding activity, party, gathering, etc. One person can pay, or you can have the whole group pitch in a couple of bucks each to pay for it. Either way, it's a great experience. We all got to relax and enjoy the night sky, sound of the waves, and beautiful bonfire setting on the beach, doing minimal work on our part. Two thumbs way up for Beach Campfires! Their beach bonfires can be held along Volusia County beaches, including in New Smyrna Beach, Daytona Beach Shores, Daytona Beach, and Ormond Beach.
