Review: Bio Coffee

Bio-coffee

When I was a teenager, I went through a brief period of drinking cappuccino. It was a short lived thing that I quickly forgot about. Over the decades, I've been a heavy tea drinker and have had no interest in coffee beverages. In fact, I tended to avoid coffee drinks, based on the limited experience I had trying them out in my younger days. While I thought the cappuccino taste was good, I couldn't stomach straight coffee. Fast forward several decades, and my daughter has been getting me to try some of her coffee beverages.

First, she got me to take a few sips of her chocolate cold brew from Panera Bread. Not bad at all. Then I took a few sips of her blonde something or other drink from Starbucks. Not bad again. Then she brought home some Bio Coffee packets one day. She cut the top open to the package and had me smell it. I was intrigued! Then I tasted it once it was ready. It took me back to my cappuccino-drinking teen days. To me, it tasted a lot like cappuccino. But I'm not typically a coffee drinker, so I could be way off (it was many years ago).

I ended up drinking a cup myself, and then another cup. The next day I was thinking of having another cup. Next thing you know, I'm stopping at the store she works at to bring some home (only they were out of it), so I ordered some from Amazon. Now, I've been having 1-2 cups of Bio Coffee per day.

I have to say that I'm loving it! Not only does it have good and healthy ingredients, but it tastes really good. I can see myself making Bio Coffee a part of my daily routine. I like it that much!

Whether you are a coffee drinker or you usually avoid coffee like I did, you may want to give it a try. It's a unique type of coffee that has wheatgrass in it, so it has fiber and is a prebiotic. Plus, from searching around online, I found that it only has .025mg of caffeine per sachet. If you are a true coffee lover you  may not like it, but I give it two thumbs up! You can check it out on Amazon if you want to purchase a case of it, or if you want one single cup to try, stop into a Love Whole Foods (Port Orange or Ormond Beach) and pick one up there.
